Ny ejer på Bakkarøgeriet26-10-2011 11:46 Den 1. juli 2011 overtog Jesper Lauwersen Bakkarøgeriet efter sin far Jack Lauwersen, som har haft røgeriet i 20 sæsoner.
Jesper Lauwersen har gennem de sidste 18 år arbjedet som røgmester på Bakkarøgeriet, og har med sin store erfaring og udviklingssans, været med til at skabe en særlig virksomhed som er unik for Bornholm.
Det er således med stor glæde at Bakkarøgeriet bliver videreført i familieeje, og kan fortsætte den positive udvikling som stedet har. |
